Pindleskin drops

Pindleskin is popular for MF due to the fact that he's easily accessible

majority of the people agree that, while pindleskin drops mostly crap stuff, when he does drop something good. it's really good stuff



unlike baal, and mephisto that can drop a variety of weapons

.. which results in a lot of undesirables.... isenharts, sigons, crap uniques, etc



my question is... what are the REALLY good stuff that pindleskin can drop?

im aware that he's a mlvl85... so that means he can drop really good stuff

but what are the really popular ones? stormshield? HoZ? titans revenge? i have no idea

oh yeah.... the amount of players does not change/increase pindleskin's drop rate, correct?

he just drops 2 stuff, and some potions... regardless of the amount of players?|||Pindleskin can drop any item in the game except Tyrael's Might, Azurewrath and one other I can't recall atm <insert last item here>. The popular items are the level 87 items like all of the Grizwold set, IK Armor, Crown of Ages, Death Cleaver and so forth...

That said he can be frustrating to run since you can do 100-200 runs with nothing but those low level items falling. But since runs should take between 20-30 seconds (including ID/selling items) you can get a lot of runs done in a small amount of time. To note level 87 items seem to fall in a ration of one per 1000 runs.

You're right that Pindle's drops aren't affected by the number of players in the game. That will only affect what his minions drop and the experience you get.|||Quote:

Arachnid Mesh |||I got CoA 21/13/2sox from Pindle two days ago |||Pindle is mlvl 86 and drops up to TC 87.



Any item that has a qlvl > 86 on this list cannot be dropped by pindle.|||I usually do the same run over and over again. I take a trip up to Fridged Wastes and pop that 1st named to the north. Then I go visit that fat boy just to the south. I go back to Harrogath and go have a beer with Pindleskin and when I'm done I go have dinner with the Countess.

My point is though 2 nights ago he dropped a Grandfather on me alone in a MF game. I remember a long time ago I used to do him over and over when they didnt have that bot protection program running and the very last magic find run I did with him he dropped Tal Rasha's armor. In the end it rotted on an account I imagine.|||I'm now running him instead of Mephisto because I got about everything Meph could offer... So far he dropped lots of rare uniques. I've got two Darkforce Spawn Bloodlord Skulls, one CoA (21 res/10 DR/2os - low roll), Leviathan (low roll, again), Templar's Might (+2), Dragonscale, Ghostflame Legend Spike (useless, but hard to find), Executioner's Justice Glorious Axe, Wolfhowl... those were the rarest. His minions did get me an additional boost of Steel Carpace Shadow Plate and a Lo rune though



And, people run him because he can drop most items in the game, like Baal, but he is much much easier to get to, and to kill. I switched to Pindleskin because I'm in need of Nightwing's Veil and Griz Weapon, Shield. And I got bored of running Pits |||It will take far less time to get bored of Pindleskin, however .

As well, you have to be careful about creating too many games.
