What is an FoH stick?

I have bookmarked a thread with most abbreviations, but it isnt on there, and googleing didnt help as much as i had though. When a player asks / is trading for an FoH stick, what are they looking for?

my guesses are "Fist of the Heavens", or "fanaticism or Hammers."

A scepter with bonus skill to Fist of Heavens and Conviction. Usually it's 5 socketed with lightning facets to gain the most damage boost for FoH.
