Where can I find details on what modifiers I should expect for magical items given as quest rewards (e.g. Akara's ring at the end of "The search for Cain", Ormus' ring for "Blade of the Old Religion")?
I also need to know if level matters.|||Look here in the wiki under each of the quest names. It should give you an item level, ilvl. This ilvl you can compare to the Arreat Summit.

You'll have to do a little searching among the listings of the rings requirements. Anything at or below the ilvl may show up on the ring. It also seems that character level does not matter.|||Thank you.
