What runes are high runes?

I know that HR is used as some currency but what runes are high runes?|||every day this question is asked....

Usually vex and above anything that cant be droped by the hell forge.

But really it all depends on what realm you play because on us east soft core ladder the recent trend is um+ sometimes even pul+|||Hrs were duped to such extent that other runes got close to their value or higher some time ago, on europe ladder at least.

Mals were hrs or even 2 hrs.

The situation at the moment is a bit more stable and Vex and above have their usual value, which is 2.5ist or more (eu scl).

You can cube them to higher runes or trade them since some are crafting runes or used in runewords that are commonly rerolled, such as Spirit (tal, thul, ort, amn).|||Quote:

Depends on what you are going for. A Sol rune is used for both Lore and Insight so it isn't too bad. Thul isn't the most useful rune but does have it's uses depending on how rich you are.|||Quote:

Nah, thuls are useful runes, many people like to reroll until they get a 35 fcr spirit. However, thuls on their own are not seeked after, full spirit sets with hels are (tal,thul, ort, amn).|||Spirit !

I knew I was missing something for the Thul.|||Sol runes are used for crafting bloodrings, not so popular as in 09, but I still like to craft bloodrings.

Runes are listed from most common to least common: El, Eld, Tir, Nef, Eth, Ith, Tal, Ral, Ort, Amn, Shael, and Thul are pretty common. You receive Ral, Ort and Tal as a quest reward in Act V. You shouldn't trade much for them since you can find them pretty easily with regular play. Don't fall for the "1 Shael or/+ Amn for 1 SOJ" scam. You can find these yourself. If you're thinking of freeing up space, throw those Runes away and save all Runes from Sol through Zod.

Semi-Rare Runes

Listed from most common to most rare: Sol, Dol, Hel, Io, Lum, Ko, Fal, Lem, Pul, Um. Some of these Runes are more valuable than others depending on their stats and how they are used in Rune Words or Crafted Recipes.

Extremely Rare Runes

Listed from most common to most rare: Mal, Ist, Gul, Vex, Ohm, Lo, Sur, Ber, Jah, Cham, Zod. Trade these for good stuff! "

Now im quoting this directly from the official blizz site, So my question then is, would this be close, depending on the realm and [l] [nl] etc., to constituting low, mid, and high runes?
