Breakpoints?

[:1]I hear this being used often. Anyone care to explain/link me an explaination?|||The gameplay is based on 25 frames per second. This means that the change in attack speed, cast speed, faster hit recovery and faster block rate have certain thresholds you need to reach. If you add items with these properties, the change isn't linear.

An example:

Let's say you have a Sorceress and want to reach a fast casting speed for your spells. The three last breakpoints are at 63, 105 and 200 FCR. If you have 70 FCR from your equipment you will reach the 63 FCR breakpoint (9 frames).

If you then add 30 FCR you will get 100, be 5 FCR short of the next breakpoint and still cast at the same speed as before. In order to cast faster you need to have exactly 105 or more FCR. A more in depth explanation can be found here.|||Edit: One minute too late. ;p|||Thanks for this post, have been wondering why i was not getting faster with a small amount of fc :s
