Ebugged items

[:1]What does it mean exactly?|||I try explain it to you! :)

1. As for this example: You have an eth 750def Shadow Plate.

This armor has a BASE defense of 500. as it spawn ethereal, it got +50% BASE defense bonus = 750 defense.

2. Use a recipe which includes 2 different runes and a gem. (search the internet) This combination is different for every kind of armor. (armor/shields/helms..)

This recipe will add a random number of sockets. 1-6 sockets. The item has a maximum of 4 sockets. It's like this:

1/6 chance for 1 socket

1/6 chance for 2 sockets

1/6 chance for 3 sockets

3/6 chance for 4 sockets (if 4 sockets are max in that item.)

3. The bug here is that when you use this recipe in the cube. It will recieve another +50% def bonus.

500 x1,5 = 750 (as normal)

Now.. 750 x1,5 =1125def.

This means that an ebugged armor may have 2,25 times the defense, of a normal armor.

Hope this helped!!|||Quote:

It did indeed. Thank you. Is it something that happens every time you do it, or is it random when it happens?|||If you use a recipe, then that will always happen. Only the number of sockets is random!

Peace|||To be precise, it will only happen on armor, not on weapons.

BTW, the recipe doesn't work on superior items (nor on cracked ones).|||It's smart to use on merc's as ethereal items do not lose durability on a mercenary.|||Righto. Thanks for the info all!
