About crafting

Hi, I'm unsure at which level it's best to craft blood rings. I know that you should only craft amulets @93+ but how about rings? Help me out!

*Uppis|||Level 73 or 74 is enough (so you always get 4 random affixes on self-gambled base items), except you want to have 6% mana leech as well. Then it might be a bit higher. I don't know by how much because the affix calculator on the German site is currently unreachable.|||Ok, so I guess level 90 is enough for that =) Thanks
