Need, help and suggestions!

Hey, im new to the game, and wonder.. How do i really get some good items? where to kill, and what to search for? please give me a feed back!! thanks!

Pay attention to what people are trading for and what not. What seems worthless might actually have some trade value. For example, collect the junk jewels (jewels with bad stats), certain low to mid-level runes, and 3 socket ethereal armors such as archon plate to name a few.

Also it depends on what your goals are for the game. You mentioned to get some really good items so it sounds like you want to do magic finding. As the previous poster mentioned, making a magic finder class and killing mephisto on nightmare is probably a good starting point. There are guides on magic finding out there if you want more info on that subject.
