Few trade questions

I have just about gotten enough runes to begin looking at buying a torch for my sorc, but I'm wondering which order stats are listed. For example, a 20/15 torch, is that 20 resistances or stats?

Also, I often see rainbow facets listed in the trading forums. They sometimes have notes like die or lvl or something. What does that mean?|||Normally you'll see it listed as stat/res, however if they're equal such as 13/13 then it's the other way around.





There are different facets for "chance to cast x on death" and "facets for casting Y on level up", all different elements come in both varieties.
