So I was looking through some of the trading forum strategy guides and saw that some of them said that people would pay runes for gold? I was just curious if people actually do this or if those guides might have been based off of old information.|||Well... keep in mind, they are probably talking about very specific gold. Like in very large amounts, such as the cap of what your character could hold.
I could see someone passing over a mid+ rune for a bulk of gold, just before they were gonna go on a gambling spree on their high lvl character. Lvl92+ means gambling amulets and circlets for possible +2 all skills along with other nice mods, so there is a very good chance they could make enough profit from the gambling that they could afford to spend runes on bulk gold.
Now how you would go about matching up with such gamblers/crafters is another matter, I would try the trade forum for your realm.|||Maybe for like a el rune :)|||Actually I've seen bulks of gold traded vs pul.
